Cancellation policy:

Cancellation is available only if your order is not shipped. Once product shipped it can’t be cancelled.

Refund & return policy:

No return and refund for the spices, pickles, and tea. As once opened the products cannot be reused. For stoles, we will check for any manufacturing defects before dispatching.

Refund is only applicable for products damaged in shipping. Customer can also opt for replacement for damage products during shipping.

In cash of refund issued for any order, it can take 2 to 10 days to reflect the refund in your account/original mode of payment.

Pro tip: Always open the order box by recording a video for quick resolution of any kind problem/mistake.
